Job summary

BeOne Medicines in San Mateo, CA, seeks a Manager, CDx Development to lead the CDx portfolio and project management within the Precision Medicine Team. You will partner with the Diagnostics Alliance Manager to coordinate engagement, scoping, budget accruals, forecasting, and risk tracking.

The role requires 5+ years in pharma/biotech or IVD, strong MS Office and SharePoint skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years industry experience in pharma, biotech and/or IVD company.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biology or related scientific discipline preferred.
• Proficiency with portfolio tracking and management.
• Experience with budget tracking and forecasting.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external CDx partners.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Diagnostics Alliance Manager to support CDx partner engagement, new project scoping, budget accruals, forecasting, and variance tracking.
• Support CDx project planning and execution by coordinating timelines, meeting agendas, minutes, action items, follow-ups, and status updates across internal stakeholders and external diagnostic partners.
• Track project risks, issues, decisions, and mitigation plans; escalate impacts to stakeholders promptly.
• Maintain centralized CDx portfolio and project tracking tools capturing milestones, deliverables, decisions, risks, and dependencies.
• Organize and maintain internal and external CDx documentation repositories, including SharePoint sites, templates, trackers, and partner-facing materials.
• Perform other related duties as assigned, consistent with the scope and level of the role.
