Job summary

Roche is seeking a CDx Clinical Lab Scientist I to perform high-complexity laboratory testing on clinical specimens in a CAP/CLIA compliant lab. You will interpret results, report, and ensure adherence to protocols while supporting critical trials within a collaborative environment.

Qualified candidates have a life sciences degree and hands-on experience with IHC, ISH, molecular biology, and proper documentation practices. A Monday–Friday day shift is available in Arizona.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• Experience with CAP/CLIA, ISO 15189 guidelines is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-complexity testing on clinical specimens in a CDx CAP/CLIA lab.
• Interpret and report results following study protocols and regulatory guidelines.
• Support critical clinical trials and process-improvement initiatives.
