Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; 1–3 years in manufacturing preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce quality work with accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move around the facility.
• Must follow safety policies and company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks assigned by Supervisor and record work in SAP.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and report discrepancies.
• Read and interpret complex blueprints, drawings, and build plans.
• Operate tools, presses, and inspection equipment; make minor machine adjustments.
• Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale to achieve results.
