Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of directly relevant experience in data management, clinical trial operations, or related field.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage trial data deliverables.
• Knowledge of CDISC standards, ICH-GCP, and 21 CFR Part 11 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data management activities from start-up to database lock per SOPs and timelines.
• Oversee data collection design, validation strategies, and query resolution with sites and vendors.
• Mentor CDMs and External Data Specialists, and drive risk-based quality management across trials.
