Job summary

Bayview Healthcare Ltd. in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to lead the Nutritional Services/Food Services department. The role oversees daily operations and ensures quality and safety in food service within a skilled nursing facility.

The CDM will plan, organize, and direct activities, maintaining compliance with standards and regulations while managing costs, staff, and patient nutrition needs in a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a high school diploma or GED.
• Graduation from an ADA-approved dietetic training program.
• CDM certification required.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in hospital or nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop and oversee Nutritional/Food Services operations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards and regulations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary Food Services area.
• Collaborate with Administrator or Food Services Director to deliver quality nutrition services.
