WME Express is hiring a Local Yard Driver to shuttle trailers between Sayre, PA and Waverly, NY. All driving is local with home daily. The role requires a Class A CDL and a dependable, safety-minded driver capable of basic trailer inspections.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday 6 AM to 3:30 PM with occasional weekend work; duties include yard shifts and plant-to-plant routing within a short radius.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Shuttle trailers between plants, approx. 7 miles apart.
• Haul countertops and related materials (marble, granite, vanities).

Job Duties

• Shuttle trailers between plants, about 7 miles apart
• Haul marble, Corian, granite vanities, and countertops
• Inspect trailers before and after use
• Sweep and keep trailers clean
• Check for damage or returned products
• Report any trailer issues to management

Requirements

• Valid driver's license/CDL required for the position
• Safe and dependable driver
• Able to perform basic trailer inspections
• Comfortable with local plant-to-plant driving
