Salary Range: $27.00 To $31.00 Hourly

As a Class A Truck Driver at Beacon Recycling, you'll serve as one of the primary points of contact between our company and our customers throughout West Michigan. You'll safely operate roll off and lugger trucks to transport scrap foundry sand and metal between customer locations, the landfill, and Beacon facilities while providing exceptional service along the way. Your day will include managing routes, performing vehicle inspections, securing loads, communicating with customers, and ensuring material is transported safely and efficiently. Location: Grand Rapids

Role: Class A Truck Driver (Roll Off & Lugger Operations)

Experience: 5+ year of Class A driving experience preferred

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL

Preferred Qualifications:

• Roll Off or Lugger experience
• Manual transmission experience
• Doubles endorsement
• Heavy haul experience
• Sand, scrap metal or recycling industry experience

Physical Requirements:

• Climbing in and out of truck cabs throughout the day
• Securing loads and inspecting equipment
• Walking customer sites and yard locations
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
