Job summary

Small Potato Trucking is seeking solo drivers for local lanes in Virginia with a valid CDL-A. Weekly pay ranges from $1,510 to $1,871, roughly $97,329 per year, for delivering freight to Target stores with no-touch, hook & drop, and preloaded loads.

Expect about 1,772 miles weekly on a 5-day workweek, with a possible 6th day during busy seasons. Applicants must be able to work 24/7 including holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have personal transportation and pass a drug test.
• 21 years old minimum, valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card.
• Verifiable and recent trailer driving experience with a good employment record.
• Clean driving record with no more than 2 accidents or violations within the last 3 years, this will be checked.
• Drug-free status required, SAP candidates are NOT accepted.
• Paid orientation - upon completion and hired.

Responsibilities

• Deliver freight to Target stores.
• No touch freight, hook & drop and preloaded loads.
• Maintain about 1,772 miles per week.
• Work a 5-day week, with possible 6th day during heavy work seasons.
• Must be able to work 24/7 including holidays.
