J Rose Logistics is hiring elite Class A CDL drivers for our Cryogenics Fleet. This unique project-based role flies you to job sites across the United States, where you will operate locally and regionally while on-site servicing our customers.

Premium compensation includes a flat daily rate, fully paid travel, and comprehensive benefits. Training is provided with orientation in Pittsburgh, PA, and a supportive team structure for extended project assignments.

Qualifications

We are now hiring elite Class A CDL drivers for our specialized Cryogenics Fleet.Unlike standard OTR positions, this role takes you across the country using a unique project-based structure: we fly you directly to job sites all over the United States, where you will operate locally and regionally while on-site servicing our customers.

Job Details

• Pay: $300 - $324 per day ($2,100 - $2,268 a week) | Paid flights and all travel expenses fully covered

Premium Compensation & Travel Perks:

• Excellent Daily Rate: Earn a flat $300.00 to $324.00 per day while in service.
• 100% Paid Travel: All flights, airfare, and transportation to and from your truck assignments are fully paid and arranged by the company.
• Cell Phone Allowance: Drivers receive a $35.00 monthly cell phone reimbursement (paid out on the 4th pay cycle of each month).

Paid Specialized Training & Orientation:

No previous cryogenics experience? We provide top-tier, fully paid industry training:

• Orientation Location: Pittsburgh, PA.
• Specialized Scope: Learn to safely transport and handle cryogenic materials, such as liquid air and nitrous oxide.
• Training Pay: $1,250.00 per week during your training period.
• Structure: Ride alongside an experienced driver during the day, with comfortable hotel accommodations fully provided and paid for at night.
• Equipment: Premium, late-model Peterbilt and Kenworth tractors.

Project Schedules & Reliable Home Time:

Because of the nature of our clients' specialized operations, drivers are expected to remain on the road for extended, highly stable project windows. Home time scales based on the length of your assignment:

• 2-Week (14-Day) Projects: Earns 3 to 5 days of quality time off at home.
• 3-Week (21-Day) Projects: Earns 5 to 7 days of time off at home (can be extended up to 9 days if needed).
• Extended Projects (Beyond 21 Days): Earns 5 to 7 days or longer , handled on a flexible, case-by-case basis with management approval.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Endorsements: Both Tanker (N) and Hazmat (H) endorsements are required PRIOR to hire.
• Travel Flexibility: Comfortable with regular commercial air travel to reach truck assignments.
• Availability: Willingness to be out on the road servicing a project for a minimum of 2 to 3 weeks at a time.
• Compliance: Must possess a clean, professional driving record and meet all standard safety screenings.
