Herman N Logistics is seeking a CDL-A Flatbed Driver for local routes with home daily schedules. Earn activity-based pay with daylight deliveries and a Moffett forklift-equipped day cab.

Position offers a steady Monday–Friday shift starting at 5:30 AM, with 9–10 hour days on average and local residential deliveries. Driver unload is required at job sites, and experience with flatbeds is preferred but not required.

• DOT Clearinghouse compliance and ability to read/speak English for safety docs.

Pay Details

$66,500 average annual pay

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,350
• $1,100 weekly minimum guarantee
• $0.62 per mile
• $27.99 per stop
• Paid weekly

Job Requirements

• No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years
• Must meet DOT Clearinghouse requirements
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently for safe driving and required documentation
