Job summary

Universal Logistics is hiring local Class A Experienced Drivers in the Oakland area. CDL with at least 6 months on manual tractor trailers is required. Drivers will operate van/trailer or container equipment, may go to Reno with snow chains, and typically work 10–12 hours per day on a Monday–Friday dayshift.

Competitive benefits are offered with a home-daily, no-touch freight model. Applicants must be 21+, possess a TWIC card, have a medical certificate, and fluent English.

Universal logistics is seeking local Class A Experienced Drivers. We are looking for CDL drivers with 6 months working experience. Driving transmission tractor trailers must be with van, 53" or containers. The ideal candidate must drive Stick and must be able to go to Reno and drive with chains during the winter. Flat Rate Averaging 10-12 hours daily. Dayshift: (Monday thru Friday) Start time between 4:00am and 6:00am.
