Job summary

ICL is seeking a CDL-A Regional Intermodal Driver to haul containers on chassis between terminals in the Philadelphia, PA area and destinations across Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia and western New York. You will earn an average of $1,844–$1,900 per week with top pay up to $2,300 while performing no-touch, drop-and-hook operations.

Expect weekly home time with a 34-hour reset, and schedules that vary Sunday–Friday or Monday–Saturday to maximize miles.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
• Clean driving record and valid DOT Medical Card.
• TWIC card required to hire; Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 30 days.
• Endorsement fees reimbursed with receipts.

Pay Details & Schedule

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,900
• Top Weekly Pay: $2,300
• Average Annualized Pay: $95,898
• Top Annualized Pay: $118,117
• Mileage: Approximately 2,100 miles per week for drivers who manage their hours efficiently
• Pay Structure: Mileage pay plus stop pay
• Home Time: Weekly for a 34-hour reset, usually on weekends and sometimes during the week
• Schedule: Sunday–Friday or Monday–Saturday to help maximize mileage
