Job summary

Adcock Transport is seeking a reliable Yard Tech, Shuttle & Recovery Driver to join our team in the Manheim, PA area. This role involves moving equipment for shuttle, service, recovery, and repair purposes without cargo hauling.

You will operate 9-car, 5-car, and step-deck trailers and must travel, with flexible hours based on operational demands. Applicants should have a Class A CDL and solid knowledge of DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with verifiable experience.
• MVR with no more than 2 violations in 3 years.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations for property-carrying vehicles.
• General mechanical skills and ability to drive manual transmissions.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial motor vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Perform yard tech duties: prepping and moving equipment within yard locations.
• Shuttle and recover equipment across various locations as needed.
• Follow dispatch directions and company procedures.
• Maintain logs and comply with DOT regulations.
