Job summary

US LBM Holdings, LLC is seeking a CDL Wide Load Driver to safely transport wall panels, trusses and other building materials. The role requires a Class A or B license, pre/post-trip inspections, and adherence to DOT regulations.

You may travel overnight, perform DOT logs, load/unload, operate specialized equipment like roll-off trailers and truck-mounted forklifts, and deliver to active sites or completed locations with strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have Class A or B CDL and be able to perform DOT inspections.
• Experience with wide loads or oversized freight preferred.
• Ability to operate roll-off trailers and truck-mounted forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A or B commercial vehicles safely and in compliance.
• Deliver to active sites and completed locations; may involve inter-state travel.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip DOT inspections.
• Provide professional customer service and relay messages on job sites.
• Load, unload, and secure loads; verify orders before departure and delivery.
• Maintain DOT logs of driving hours, on-duty time, and rest periods.
• Deliver and unload materials safely and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Operate forklift to load/unload materials.
• Keep truck clean and organized; assist warehouse stocking.
• Operate roll-off trailer and other equipment for oversized loads.
