Job summary

Achen-Gardner Construction, LLC in Chandler, AZ is hiring a CDL Water Truck Driver to transport water to and from job sites and assist in dust control efforts. You will help maintain moisture levels, follow dust control laws, and support site safety programs.

Ideal candidates have a Class A CDL with Tanker endorsement, a Basic 310 Dust Certification, and at least 1 year of CDL experience in construction. Expect outdoor work in AZ with some weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• CDL with Tanker endorsement (Class A) required.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to DOT regulations.
• Good communication and ability to work in a team.
• Excellent time management and reliability.
• Ability to read and write English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Operate and drive large commercial vehicles safely.
• Maintain water distribution to control dust and moisture on jobsites.
• Coordinate with site supervisor and crew on water needs.
• Keep vehicle clean, perform daily checks and report maintenance.
• Follow all safety rules and wear seat belts at all times.
• Assist with excavation/grading tasks as needed.
• Maintain clear communication with project team members.
