Job summary

Keystone Clearwater Solutions in Sayre, PA is seeking an experienced CDL Water Truck Driver for Day Shift with guaranteed weekly hours and weekly pay. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is available for Day Shift drivers, paid in installments to eligible employees.

Responsibilities include operating water trucks in compliance with DOT and safety regs, performing pre-trip inspections, loading/unloading fluids, tracking routes, and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B with tanker endorsement required.
• At least 1 year of driving experience.
• Clean driving record (no recent DUIs or failed drug tests).
• DOT medical card current.
• Ability to operate 13/18-speed manual transmission.
• Good mechanical skills and troubleshooting ability.
• Strong safety mindset and clear communication.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate water trucks in DOT and safety regulations.
• Perform pre-trip inspections, fueling, and maintenance.
• Load/unload fluids using hoses and valves with spill prevention.
• Track routes, tank levels, and complete documentation.
• Maintain communication with dispatch and site supervisors.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
• Keep vehicle clean and presentable.
• Build professional relationships with customers and team members.
