Job summary

ABEL Construction Company is seeking a hard-working Warehouse Associate/Driver to join our Simpsonville, KY team.

In this role, you will manage shipments in our receiving and shipping department, unload deliveries, stock shelves, fulfill orders, operate a forklift, and assist with local deliveries as needed. CDL and clean driving record are required; forklift certification is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• CDL required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Experienced truck driver.
• Forklift certification and experience a plus.
• Solid work history with warehouse experience a plus.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift 30 lbs regularly.
• Basic computer skills for inventory logs.
• Experience loading/unloading heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Pull and process orders accurately.
• Restock incoming items.
• Check all incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy.
• File requests for needed items when stock is low.
• Operate a forklift.
• Keep neat records of all orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Make deliveries as needed.
