Airgas is seeking a CDL Tanker Driver in Dallas, TX to operate a cryogenic bulk CO2 tanker and travel regionally across TX, LA, OK, KS, and MO to service customers’ tanks.

The role requires a Class A or B CDL with hazmat, tanker and airbrake endorsements, plus at least one year of CDL driving experience in the last five years. Airgas offers comprehensive benefits and strong driver support.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL with HAZMAT, Tanker & Airbrake endorsements.
• Maintain appropriate driver’s license, medical card & endorsements.
• No more than two traffic convictions or at-fault accidents within the last three years.
• No driving while under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance within the last seven years.
• Must be able to work in a drug-free environment.
• Must have 1 year of CDL driving experience in the last 5 years or provide proof of a trucking school completion within the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Safely transfer bulk CO2 product from the Airgas truck to the customer’s tank using a hose hookup.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT regulations and company checklists.
• Coordinate routine maintenance and ensure the route truck remains in proper, safe working order.
