Job summary

Construction Resources is seeking a Delivery Truck Driver to safely operate a heavy-load truck, secure all cargo, and manage delivery paperwork. The role requires traveling to multiple distribution centers and performing pre- and post-trip inspections daily.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of truck driving with a valid CDL (A or B), excellent communication skills, and a proven safety record. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of truck driving with a safe driving record.
• CDL type A or B required.
• Able to operate manual transmission trucks.
• Willing to travel to distribution centers.
• Pre-employment drug test and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a heavy-load truck.
• Secure all material at start and after each delivery.
• Complete and submit customer paperwork at end of shift.
• Document and secure money received with paperwork.
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch.
• Perform daily truck inspections (DVIR) and post-trip checks.
• Consult supervisor for non-routine issues.
• Maintain truck and equipment in good condition.
