Job summary

CHS Inc. in Crookston, MN is seeking a Truck Driver/Operations Specialist to join our team. This role involves driving during the growing season and performing operations work in the non-growing season.

A Class A or B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements is preferred, or the ability to obtain them. The position is Monday-Friday with weekends as needed during the busy season. You will help ensure safe, efficient transport of agricultural inputs and maintain compliance with hours of service and

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Trucking Operations.
• Must meet minimum age requirement.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English

Responsibilities

• Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently.
• Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading.
• Load and unload agricultural inputs using machinery or equipment.
• Conduct and record repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Monitor and maintain inventory quality.
• Deliver products safely and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations including hours of service.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas.
• Perform grounds and warehouse maintenance.
• Report safety or customer issues promptly.
• Maintain strong safety culture.
• Perform other assigned duties
