Wieland North America, Inc. is seeking a CDL Truck Driver for an on-site role in San Antonio, TX. You will operate company trucks, assist with warehouse tasks, receive material, process products, and maintain inventory.

The role requires a Class B CDL and a clean driving record, with long-distance trips possible. Starting pay is $24.00 per hour, with a Monday–Friday 6am–3pm CST schedule. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and safe driving are essential for success in this team-focused

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License is mandatory.
• Clean driving record with ability to comply with DOT regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours and stay out of town as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and safe driving practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to pick up and deliver orders and inventory.
• Adhere to traffic laws and established transportation procedures.
• Report vehicle or mechanical issues to management immediately.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and obtain clearance before driving.
• Secure cargo and arrange product to prevent damage during transport.
• Load and unload orders and inventory from the vehicle.
• Maintain delivery paperwork and receipts.
• Coordinate with dispatchers and comply with federal/state regulations.
• Maintain a detailed log of working hours and complete long-distance trips.
