Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Appleton, WI is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver to deliver solo on a home daily route. You will be paid weekly with a starting pay of $27.00 per hour with overtime after 40 hours and benefits after 30 days.

Routes cover WI, MN, IL with day cab tractors and dry van/Conestoga trailers. Ryder provides training on equipment and a supportive team culture, plus generous PTO and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle.
• 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
• 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
• 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and company guidelines.
• Detect and mitigate safety hazards; maintain logs/records.
• Load/unload freight or assist in loading/unloading as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
