Job summary

Green Bay Packaging Inc. is seeking a full-time truck driver in Minnesota. The role requires a CDL, two years of experience, knowledge of traffic laws and DOT regulations, and clean driving history.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, load and deliver goods, operate pallet jacks, and maintain paperwork accurately. Beyond base pay, a comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, prescription drugs, wellness programs, life insurance, STD/LTD, and a company 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of traffic laws and DOT regulations.
• CDL and two years of truck driving experience is required.
• Pallet jack experience is required; forklift experience preferred.
• Able to pass a background check, annual physicals and annual/random drug testing.
• Clean driving record without DUI/DWI convictions in the past seven years.
• Good human relations skills, strong listening and verbal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions.
• Read location and road maps.
• Pre-inspection of truck and trailer.
• Pick up goods and materials, verify loads for accuracy, and deliver them as instructed.
• Load and unload cargo.
• Responsible for basic vehicle maintenance.
• Comply with safe work practices, policies, and processes/procedures at all times.
• Complete and verify paperwork for accuracy.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
