Job summary

Industrial Service and Installation (ISI), Inc. in York, PA is seeking a Truck Driver to safely transport goods between ISI facilities and job sites. You will load/unload, operate flatbeds, forklifts, and cranes, and ensure loads are secured and delivered on time.

The role requires a current CDL, 3+ years with mixed loads, and the ability to work weekends/outdoors in all weather. Millwright duties may be assigned on-site at times.

Qualifications

• High School degree preferred; must have a current CDL.
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience with mixed loads (parts, tools, equipment).
• Experience with forklifts and overhead cranes.
• Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading cargo onto flatbed trucks ensuring that all cargo is secured properly before transport
• Safely driving trucks from one location to another, using GPS and other tools to navigate the route; following all traffic laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate records of trips, including hours of service, distance travel, and fuel consumption
• Inspect the truck before each trip to ensure it is in good working order; perform routine maintenance as required
• Resolve issues while enroute such as traffic or mechanical issues; troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and safe manner
• Comply with all safety regulations including weight restrictions and hazardous material regulations
• Help with on-site millwright duties upon arrival
• Performs other duties as assigned by Manager of Operations
