Job summary

Pramira, a premier general contractor in California, seeks a Commercial Truck Driver to transport materials and perform general construction labor under the supervision of the Construction Foreman.

You will travel, work overtime as needed, operate trucks and equipment, and ensure safety and compliance with company policies. The role requires a CDL, physical stamina, and the ability to follow written and oral instructions while delivering quality work on schedule.

Qualifications

• CDL with clean driving record is required.
• Construction experience is required.
• Must be physically capable of performing heavy labor.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with coworkers.
• Must pass background check and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Must be willing to travel and work overtime as needed.
• Must be able to perform physical manual labor duties within the workday.
• Ensure that safety equipment is used properly at all times and that work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
• Operate service and maintain trucks and other equipment.
• Comply with proper method of loading and unloading for the various material and equipment to be transported.
• Be able to follow company guidelines in regard to acceptable conduct when dealing with customers, fellow employees and the public.
• Keep appropriate documentation, driver daily logs, all necessary trip reports, and fuel reports.
