Mission Logistics LLC, powered by Goodwill, is seeking a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Truck Driver based in Morgantown. You will drive to pre-determined locations across PA, OH, WV, MD, and Northern Virginia, with newer leased equipment and a structured paid training program.

The role offers pre-set weekly schedules, paid holidays, PTO for full-time employees, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days of work. A valid CDL-A, clean MVR, and DOT medical certification are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Valid CDL Class A license required.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required.
• Current DOT medical certification required.
• Must pass pre-employment DOT drug and alcohol test.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily truck inspections and report needed repairs to Transportation Managers and maintain vehicle appearance.
• Complete daily logs and necessary paperwork promptly.
• Present a clean, professional appearance while performing duties.
• Adhere to the assigned work schedule and be flexible to business needs.
• Be knowledgeable of DOT rules and regulations and maintain MVR and Medical certifications.
• Operate multiple types of equipment as needed and assist in loading/unloading.

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Commercial Driver's License (C.D.L.) Truck Driver, you would be responsible for driving trucks to pre-determined locations throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, Maryland, and Northern Virginia. Duties will also include but are not limited to:

• Daily inspections of truck equipment and reporting any necessary repairs to the Transportation Managers, along with maintaining the overall appearance of assigned vehicle.
• Complete all daily logs, and necessary paperwork in a timely manner.
• Present a clean and professional appearance while performing company duties.
• Adhere to assigned work schedule and must be flexible to the changing needs of the business.
• Be knowledgeable of current Department of Transportation (D.O.T.) rules and regulations.
• Maintain clean Motor Vehicle Record (M.V.R.) and Medical certification throughout employment.
• Operate multiple types of equipment based on company needs.
• Assist in loading and unloading of trucks and trailers as needed.

Hiring Range: $21-$32/hour depending on years of experience | $1000 sign-on bonus after completing 90-days of work

Travel: Yes, destinations throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, Maryland, and Northern Virginia.

QUALIFICATIONS:
