Most weeks are paid as part of 26 pay weeks per year, with drivers averaging a weekly wage that supports year-round stability.

You will haul largely no-touch freight across 48 states and Canada, following safety rules and maintaining logs and trip records, while enjoying a strong benefits package.

You’ll have predictable and consistent home time with a set schedule in our national Van 7/7 HOMEtime PLUS™ (https://www.roehl.jobs/Driving-Jobs/Resources/hometime_plus) fleet.

This fleet offers a 7 days driving schedule followed by 7 days off.

The pay for this fleet is based on getting paid for working every other week - 26 weeks per year.

Drivers on this fleet average between $19,370 and $40,820 per year working every other week.

In this over the road Dry Van Fleet, you’ll haul largely no-touch freight across 48 states and Canada.
