DATTCO, INC is seeking individuals to become School Bus Driver Trainees in Connecticut. The program includes comprehensive training to earn a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger and School Bus endorsements, enabling you to safely transport students to activities.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license with a clear driving record.
• Ability to obtain CDL with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements.
• Ability to pass required background checks, drug screening, and DOT physical requirements.
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.

Responsibilities

• Participate in our training program and learn how to safely transport students to and from school and activities.
• Maintain safety procedures and conduct vehicle inspections as part of daily duties.
• Work toward transitioning into a School Bus Driver role after licensing requirements are met.
