Job summary

Holland America-Princess (Holland America Dawson City Inn) is seeking a CDL Trainer to lead driver training programs in the lower 48 and Alaska. The role rotates between January–March at a training center and April–October in Alaska, reporting to the Regional Manager Safety and Training.

You will instruct student drivers to obtain CDL, coordinate training compliance, and help recruit seasonal trainer staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 24 months commercial driving experience.
• Previous instructional experience desirable.
• Previous driver training experience desirable.

Compensation Package:

Start at $26per hour with potential for year-round employment with benefits

JOB SUMMARY:

This position will be one of the lead trainers at one of our training programs in the lower 48 and/or Alaska. During the months of January-March position will be located at one of our driver training centers. During the months of April-October position will be in Alaska. This position will report to the Regional Manager of Safety and Training to ensure a successful training program.
