Job summary

Pomp's Tire Service, Inc. is seeking a CDL driver to safely operate service vehicles and perform on-site tire installations and repairs for OTR and large equipment. You will work in all weather conditions, maintain a safe work environment, and participate in ongoing training.

Ideal candidates have a valid CDL, HS diploma, and willingness to work nights/overtime. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• CDL A or B required; must pass pre-employment driver’s file.
• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work night shifts, overtime and non-standard hours.
• Experience with OTR, heavy-duty or commercial tires.
• Ability to safely change and repair commercial tires in all weather.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly and up to 250 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company service vehicles to rack and hoist vehicles for inspection.
• Perform on-site tire installations and repairs for OTR and large equipment at customer locations.
• Ensure safe operation of vehicles and compliance with traffic regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and care for tools/equipment.
• Work independently in all weather conditions to provide roadside tire service.
• Participate in ongoing training and adhere to safety procedures and company policies.
• Complete additional tasks to support team operations.
