Qualifications

• CDL A or B required and ability to pass pre-employment driver’s file.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work night shifts, overtime, and non-standard hours with minimal supervision.
• Experience with OTR, heavy-duty, or commercial tires.
• Ability to safely change and repair commercial tires in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly, and up to 250 pounds occasionally with or without mechanical assistance.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company service vehicles to rack and hoist vehicles for inspection.
• Perform on-site tire installations and repairs for OTR and/or large equipment at customer locations.
• Ensure the safe operation of company vehicles and adherence to speed and traffic regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and care for tools and equipment.
• Work independently in all weather conditions to provide reliable roadside tire service.
• Participate in ongoing training and follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned to support team operations.
