Pomp's Tire Service, Inc. in Kentucky is hiring a tire service technician to safely operate company service vehicles, install and repair tires, and service OTR and heavy equipment at customer sites.

You will work nights, overtime, and varied hours, with on‑the‑job training and strict safety procedures. A CDL and tire experience are required, with physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly and 250 lbs occasionally.

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL A or B) and ability to pass pre-employment driver’s file.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to work night shifts, overtime, and non-standard hours with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience working with OTR, heavy-duty, or commercial tires.
• Capability to safely change and repair commercial tires in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 75 pounds regularly, and up to 250 pounds occasionally with or without mechanical assistance.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate company service vehicles to rack and hoist vehicles for inspection.
• Perform on-site tire installations and repairs to OTR and/or large equipment vehicles at customer locations.
• Ensure the safe operation of company vehicles while adhering to all speed and traffic regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and properly care for tools and equipment.
• Work independently in all weather conditions to provide reliable roadside tire service.
• Participate in ongoing training and adhere to safety procedures, job duties, and company policies.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned to support team operations.
