Job summary

TCI Transportation, a family-owned carrier established in 1978, seeks a Class A truck driver to join an experienced team. The role covers sleeper-berth operations hauling bread products in dry van and reefer trailers on routes from Bryan to Pasadena, Atlanta, Pelahatchie, Conroe, and back.

Expect 2–3 stops per load, occasional 1–2 days off weekly, and year-round work with weekly paychecks. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, and safety incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of Class A experience in the last 2 years.
• Dry van and/or reefer experience preferred.
• Satisfactory employment verifications for the past 3 years.
• Subject to safety insurability criteria.

Responsibilities

• Route includes multiple short stops with 2–3 stops per load.
• Maintain safe operation and on-time delivery while supporting an experienced team.

Location: Houston, TX

TCI Transportation is hiring one Class A driver to join an experienced team driver. If you’ve been interested in team driving but don’t have a partner, we’ve got you covered. Enjoy consistent miles, dedicated freight, and year-round work hauling bread products for an established customer.

• Start time: 3:00am to 3:00pm
• Operate a sleeper tractor hauling bread products in dry van and reefer trailers
• Bryan, TX to Pasadena to Walker, LA / Bryan to Pasadena to Atlanta to Pelahatchie to Conroe back to Bryan.
• Primarily drop-and-hook freight
• Typical routes include 2-3 stops
• Drivers can expect 1-2 days off per week based on bakery operational needs

TCI Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months of Class A experience within the last 2 years
• Dry van and/or reefer experience preferred
