Job summary

Moffitt Services, a Texas-based fuel and lubricants distributor, is hiring a driver to support local and regional deliveries. The role requires a Class A or B CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements, at least 5 years of verifiable driving experience, and familiarity with DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain a fuel delivery truck to transport and deliver fuel to client locations.
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to meet schedules.
• Load and unload bulk fuel using proper equipment and safety protocols.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the delivery vehicle.
• Maintain delivery records including quantities, locations and signatures.
• Provide excellent customer service during delivery stops.
• Coordinate with logistics to optimize delivery schedules and routes.
• Adhere to safety regulations and handle hazardous materials properly.
• Report vehicle maintenance issues promptly for timely repairs.
• Keep the delivery truck clean, stocked, and organized.
