Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform trailer switches moving a parked trailer from yard to a door or from a door to the yard.
• Coordinate trailer movements with management/central control.
• Document trailer moves using Yard Management System or switcher cards.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on switcher equipment.
• Follow safety procedures for yard switching.
• Assist with loading/unloading as needed.
