Job summary

Nutrien in Indiana is seeking a full-time Equipment Operator to support crop protection product application and agricultural inputs. You’ll operate spray equipment, calibrate products, and help maintain trucks and gear to ensure safe deliveries.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, a valid CDL A or B, and a current DOT-compliant drive record. You’ll work locally with a team that emphasizes safety, reliability, and steady hours with potential overtime during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; agricultural background preferred.
• Valid driver\u2019s license with applicable endorsements and current CDL A or B.
• Must meet minimum DOT age requirement; large equipment experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate all spray equipment.
• Operate computers on equipment.
• Spray and calibrate crop protection products.
• Mix, load, and apply crop production products and plant nutrients.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections.
• Handle and deliver bulk and packaged materials, seed and other inputs.
• Clean and maintain equipment.
• Assist mechanic.
• Maintain application/spray records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
