Job summary

Reston Limousine, a family-owned leader in chauffeured transportation serving corporations, governments, and individuals, seeks a CDL Shuttle Operations Supervisor to lead our Sterling-based team. The role focuses on motivating drivers, ensuring contract compliance, and adherence to DOT rules while maintaining exceptional service levels.

You will report to our headquarters in Sterling, manage day-to-day operations, supervise routes, and step in during call-outs, with shifts from 1:00 PM to 10:00

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DOT regulations and company policies.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience supervising drivers in transportation.
• CDL driving experience preferred with safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day contract requirements to ensure compliance.
• Direct and supervise drivers, monitor routes, schedule adherence and safety.
• Troubleshoot daily issues and develop strategic solutions.
• Cover driver shortages by filling in on routes when needed.

CDL Shuttle Operations Supervisor

Join our team of professionals servicing the transportation needs of corporations, governments, universities, and individuals. Today, Reston Limousine operates one of the largest chauffeured fleets in the country and is one of Washington metropolitan area's largest providers of passenger transportation, luxury transportation, and government contract services.

We have an immediate need for a Shuttle Operations Supervisor. This position will report to our headquarters located in Sterling, Va. Your focus is to motivate and manage drivers from diverse cultures and personalities to ensure we consistently meet all contract requirements while maintaining DOT rules and regulations. You must have a valid CDL to be considered for this opening.

Available Shifts

• Monday - Fridays: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM

As a CDL Shuttle Operations Supervisor,You Will

• Manage day-to-day requirements of contracts to ensure compliance
• Manage drivers (making sure they are on time, following their routes, following dress code, review driver paperwork and daily passenger logs, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and develop strategic solutions to daily situations
• Fill in for drivers if/when there are call-outs or vacant routes

Must Haves

• Working knowledge of DOT regulations, vehicles, equipment, maintenance, and company policies and procedures
• Valid CDL class A or B with Passenger endorsement and a valid DOT medical card.
• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 years of supervisory experience in a transportation setting
• More than 2 years of CDL driving experience
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
