Hallcon Corporation seeks an experienced Split Shift CDL Shuttle Driver for San Jose, CA. You will transport passengers safely along fixed routes, maintain logs, and deliver reliable customer service in a dynamic campus environment.

The role requires a clean driving record, 3+ years of commercial driving, SPAB certification, and a valid Class A/B with relevant endorsements, plus a current DOT Medical Certificate. 21+ and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• SPAB (School Pupil Activity Bus) Certification is Required.
• Be able to read, write and speak in English to perform essential job duties.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years of commercial driving experience.
• Must have and maintain a Class A or B license with Passenger Endorsement and Airbrake Endorsement.
• Must have and maintain a current DOT Medical Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers along predefined assigned routes in a courteous, timely, and reliable manner while providing exceptional customer service at all times
• Comply with all traffic laws and regulations, and instructions from dispatch
• Complete required written reports and documentation related to the performance of duties and the vehicle being operated
• Completing daily logs of operational issues for record keeping and trend analysis purposes
