Job summary

Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation is seeking a Seasonal Shuttle Driver in Colorado. The role requires a CDL, a minimum of 2 years of work history, and a personable, safety-conscious demeanor to provide excellent guest services and safe transportation around Steamboat Springs.

You will perform daily DOT inspections, drive a 25/33 passenger bus, and ensure compliance with all safety and company policies. This is a seasonal position with benefits and a chance to work in a premier mountain resort

Qualifications

• 2 years of previous work history/education required.
• Must have a valid commercial driver's license.
• Must enjoy people, driving, and be outgoing and personable.
• Must present a professional, well-groomed appearance.
• Adhere to all safety policies.
• Interact and maintain positive relationships with guests, co-workers and management consistent with Steamboat Ski & Resort Company's Service Excellence standards.
• Must have valid driver's license without limitations or restrictions and meet company's insurability standards.

Responsibilities

• Driving a 25 / 33 passenger bus between the Meadows parking lot and the Gondola Square transportation center in a safe manner.
• Daily Department of Transportation (DOT) inspections.
• Provide excellent Guest Services (i.e. resort Information, directions, etc.)
• Provide traffic control of vehicles entering and leaving parking lots, ensuring safe, steady flow, and pedestrian safety; manage parking lots efficiently by parking cars in straight, tight rows
• Compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements
• Other duties as assigned
