Job summary

Colonial Group in Indiana is seeking an experienced Shuttle Driver to transport merchandise between Market Centers and depots. You will operate company trucks safely, follow routes and schedules, and communicate with the Production Manager to confirm details.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years driving experience in a similar vehicle, a valid CDL-A license, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Expect long hours, variable conditions, and a strong commitment to safety and policy

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years driving experience in a similar vehicle.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL-A) required; meet DMV/MVR standards.
• Willingness to work long and irregular hours and comply with safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates company vehicle to transport products between Market Centers and depots.
• Confirms route details with Market Center Production Manager.
• Performs daily vehicle inspections and maintains logs and documentation.
• Loads/unloads product per company policy and routes schedule.
• Adheres to highway laws, safety practices, and licensing requirements.
• Performs additional duties within scope as needed.
