Ben E. Keith Company is seeking a dependable driver to transport product and support our warehouse operations. The role emphasizes safety, punctuality, and professional communication as you manage pre-trip inspections and vehicle upkeep.

Qualified candidates will hold a Texas Class A CDL with a clean MVR, be at least 21, and able to handle up to 165 lb. loads. A high school diploma or GED is required, and the job may involve varying weather and schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write English.
• Ability to move products weighing up to 165 lbs., stoop, kneel, crouch, talk and hear.
• Must be 21 years or older to apply.
• Operate/drive single axle truck with 27 ft. trailer.
• Texas Class A CDL with a clean MVR required.

Responsibilities

• Project a friendly, professional image at all times.
• Attend meetings as required.
• Prioritize multiple, competing priorities.
• Maintain and keep clean assigned company vehicle at all times.
• Operate all company equipment safely and in a manner consistent with company policy.
• Complete a pre-trip and post-trip inspection of truck; report issues for correction.
• Meet all DOT standards of safety and compliance for the vehicle and loading/unloading.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
