Job summary

Cintas is seeking a CDL Production Shuttle Driver for the Rental Division. You will transport clean items from a processing plant to a branch and return with soiled items, daily. You will load/unload cargo, keep your area clean, and strive to meet or exceed quality standards.

This role requires a CDL, a current DOT physical, and strict adherence to attendance policies in a fast-paced environment with potential odors and heavy lifting. Training and safety practices are part of daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must hold a commercial driver’s license (CDL).
• Must have a valid DOT physical certificate.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly.
• May require the handling of materials that are soiled or have pungent odors, with appropriate protective equipment.
• Requires stretching, bending, squatting, stooping, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities.
• Requires physical activity, including lifting or moving materials, during the shift.

Responsibilities

• Transport clean items from a processing plant to a branch location daily.
• Transport soiled items from a branch to the processing plant daily.
• Load and unload items from the truck with assistance as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and meet quality standards.
