Job summary

Wind River Environmental LLC is seeking a Pump Technician to operate a service truck and pump septic tanks for residential and commercial customers in Stuart, Florida. The role includes customer interaction and on-site service delivery.

Base pay ranges from 23.00 to 25.00 USD per hour, with final compensation depending on location, education, experience and skills. Qualifications include a Class A or B CDL, willingness to obtain tanker endorsement, and at least one year of commercial driving

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B required.
• Tanker endorsement preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Manual transmission driving ability with no restrictions.
• Minimum 1 year of professional commercial driving experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Basic computer literacy (email, internet).
• Must pass a DOT drug screen, physical examination, and road test.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and DOT requirements.
• Prepare truck and tools for each service job to maximize efficiency.
• Interact with customers on site to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify and report defective septic components and recommend maintenance.
• Submit quotes and service paperwork when required.
• Respond to trouble/emergency calls promptly.
• Discuss maintenance frequency with customers.
• Follow Wind River Environmental protocols.
