FS is seeking a Class A Driver / Warehouse Associate in Litchfield, IL to support seasonal product delivery, warehouse operations, and exceptional customer service. The role emphasizes safe, timely movement of products and a clean, professional work environment.

Compensation ranges from $20 to $24 per hour based on experience; benefits include a comprehensive Total Rewards package. This position is within the Agronomy department and reports to the Seed Marketing Manager.

• Deliver and pickup products safely and timely; comply with DOT regulations.
• Maintain vehicles and equipment in clean, organized condition.

• Operate forklifts and related equipment to move and stage materials.
• Assist with inventory control and distribution.
• Perform other duties to support operations.

Class A Driver / Warehouse Associate

LOCATION: Litchfield

DEPARTMENT: Agronomy

REPORTS TO: Seed Marketing Manager

COMPENSATION: $20-$24/hour, based on experience

Purpose And Summary Statement

This role supports seasonal product delivery, warehouse operations, and customer service excellence. The Driver/Warehouse Associate ensures safe, timely, and accurate movement of products while maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work environment.

Essential Job Functions

• Execute safe, timely delivery and pickup of products during peak seasons, ensuring all documentation complies with company standards and DOT regulations.
• Maintain all vehicles and equipment in clean, organized, and secure condition on a daily basis.
• Load and unload trucks in alignment with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Adhere to the company Uniform Policy and consistently present a professional image.
• Support daily warehouse operations, including housekeeping, product organization, and other tasks assigned by management.
• Operate forklifts and related equipment to efficiently move, stock, and stage materials.
• Assist with inventory control, product distribution, and related warehouse functions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Ability to work extended hours and participate in on-call rotations as business needs dictate.
• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 60 lbs.
• Willingness to complete required training, including GROWMARK policies, safety procedures, and job-specific education.
• Demonstrated strengths in communication, customer focus, collaboration, decision-making, and ongoing skill development.
