Job summary

Durham School Services in San Carlos, CA is seeking experienced School Bus Drivers with CDL A or B and P and S endorsements. This part-time role offers hourly pay between $37.00 and $40.00, plus training pay of $18.00/hour and a $5,000 retention bonus for pre-certified drivers.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current CDL with both the P and the S endorsements.
• Must have valid school bus certificate, CPR certificate, and possession of their T01 training documents.
• Qualified candidates may interview and be offered on the spot.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a school bus on assigned local routes
• Transport students to and from school, sports, and events
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain a clean, safe bus environment
• Communicate courteously with students, parents, and school staff
• Follow all federal, state, local, and company safety rules
