Schwan's Company is seeking a local CDL Class B route representative to sell and deliver products, place orders, and merchandise to ensure shelves stock the latest offerings. You will drive to stores, set up displays, and build relationships with store teams on a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekends.

You will use handheld devices and sales software, complete daily routes, and ensure compliance with DOT rules while lifting up to 35 pounds and inspecting the truck daily.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Class B CDL with airbrake endorsement.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds and move frozen product.
• Pre-employment background check, drug test, and DOT medical requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Place orders and drive additional sales by gaining display space and promoting new products.
• Merchandise product, maintain display space, and rotate product.
• Unload products, place product in the back room, and collect proof of delivery.
• Use handheld technology and sales software to complete daily work.
• Build in-store relationships and work effectively with co-workers in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain DOT rules and regulations and perform daily truck inspections.
