Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) is seeking a Route Trainee CDL to handle touch freight, including delivery, stocking, and merchandising in retail accounts. You will unload products, set up displays, and ensure company standards are followed while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires a Class A CDL, the ability to read and communicate in English, and adherence to safety policies. You’ll work a fast-paced route with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 21 years old.
• Class A CDL required and maintain compliance with company fleet policy.
• PPE as required by position and safety policies.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Unload and transport products from the route truck to retail outlets.
• Merchandise all product inside the outlet to company standards.
• Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays.
• Communicate store-level issues to management.
• Comply with DOT rules for driving purposes.
• Safeguard company assets and maintain rapport with customers.
• Collect empty containers or rejected/unsold merchandise.
