Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Route Trainee CDL to support delivery, stocking and merchandising at retail accounts in Alabama. You will unload products, set up displays and ensure compliance with company standards while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires a Class A CDL, reading and writing English, and a neat professional appearance. Training, safety gear, and a fast-paced environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Class A CDL required and comply with fleet policy.
• PPE as required by role and safety policies.
• Regular and prompt attendance is essential.
• Read, write and speak English.
• Maintain neat professional appearance per guidelines.
• Maintain safety and security of company assets.
• Able to use company resources and technology.
• High school diploma or GED or 6–12 months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Unload and transport products from route truck to retail outlets.
• Merchandise products inside outlets to company standards.
• Set up merchandise and sales promo displays.
• Report store level issues to management.
• Comply with DOT driving rules.
• Safeguard company assets and maintain rapports with customers.
• Collect empty containers or unsold merchandise.
