Job summary

The Coca-Cola UNITED delivery merchandiser role is a touch freight position focused on delivering and rotating stock, merchandising shelves, and maintaining company standards at small stores. You’ll cover open driver shifts, transport products to outlets, and set up displays while building relationships with customers.

Responsibilities include maintaining displays, ensuring DOT compliance, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Class A CDL required and maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy.
• Able to meet DOT physical requirements.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and safety policies.
• Regular and prompt attendance is essential.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Presentable and professional appearance per company guidelines.
• Safeguard company assets and use company resources responsibly.
• Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, rotate and merchandise product on shelf, displays and cold equipment.
• Transports and unloads products to retail outlets.
• Maintain backstock in an organized manner.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide quality service.
• Collaborate with Sales Supervisor to execute planograms and promotions.
• Report store level issues to management and comply with safety rules.
