Rand Coca-Cola Beverages, Inc. is seeking a CDL Driver to safely deliver Coca-Cola products to customer accounts on schedule and professionally maintain displays. You will foster customer relationships, ensure stock alignment, and handle daily route duties with accuracy and integrity.

The role requires a valid Class A CDL, clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Weekend work and holidays may be required. DOT compliance and safety are prioritized.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must meet DOT medical certification requirements.
• Excellent driving record over the last 7 years (MVR reviewed).
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs repetitively.
• Willingness to work one weekend per month and some holidays as scheduled.
• Must pass background check, MVR review, and drug screening.
• Prior experience in route delivery, product stocking, merchandising, or retail preferred.

Mansioni

• Safely and efficiently deliver Coca-Cola products as invoiced to customer accounts within the assigned route.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional relationships with account personnel.
• Ensure all product displays are fully stocked, properly rotated, and maintained to company standards.
• Arrange and merchandise products to maximize visibility and sales.
• Maintain, organize, and rotate inventory in customer backrooms as needed.
• Account daily for all product, cash, and assets handled during deliveries.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow all DOT, company, and safety regulations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle compliance and safety readiness.
• Complete all delivery documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor.
